Synergy -- It has become a buzz word in business made popular by speakers and authors. It is a word that came to my mind yesterday when a person who is on a 'team' of mine stole from me. It wasn't a big theft - he stole a 40 cent orange. I had left it on a table and when I returned it was gone. I instinctively knew who took it so I searched him out and found him in another part of the building chomping on an orange. He denied, denied and denied but it was obvious what he had done. I didn't lash out at him - instead I thanked him for revealing his character to me in a way that only cost me 40 cents! Now I will be more careful with my wallet, and it cost me less than a dollar to learn this lesson from this man.

Later as I sat in my chair that day, reflecting, I was disappointed. Not because of the orange but because of what just happened to our team. If I allow it, this could disrupt the synergy of the entire team. Synergy occurs when a team is moving in unison. On a football field it is when a team is in complete sync and the quarterback knows exactly where all the receivers are without looking and where they will be in 2 seconds. Synergy occurs because the team has practiced over and over together, and that reputation builds trust in one another's actions. It is a beautiful thing to watch a team in the midst of synergy. Synergy is when all the components come together and 1 + 1 = 3 because of the momentum.

Success in your organization can multiply geometrically if there is synergy. The keys to maintaining synergy are: 1) selfless acts of the team members who see the team as greater than the individual, 2) practiced repetition of the desired outcome and 3) trust that comes from the previous two principles.

Synergy can be destroyed by an orange if you let it or harnessed for your success if you desire.

One day i and my friend were once again asking Ernest our carpenter friend for some change. We were always asking for them and he kept saying he was broke at the moment but on this day he said somethjing real funny but with great seed hidden within.
" God told me that i'll be rich and i believe it" he started " but i'm not in a rush to get there immediately. I'm just relaxing and waiting for this to unfold as the days or years go by".
That was a real cracker, we laughed on and on but later consdidering what he said it was true of many young people of this day. We all wanna get rich and get rich real soon.I started some unit business and like they say was counting my chickens before they were hatched- for me even before they were laid.
Like my friend said don't be in a rush in life relax and reach out for your goals, but don't stay in your comfort zone just get your goal underestimate on your plans and reach them gradually taking every hurdle as a lesson to jump higher.
Don't be like my mechanic, just kidding.

You know i was just thinking of life yesterday when i got to this page on this mag Readers Digest and at their food for thought section they had this saying "The fear of death stops us from living not dying" and thinking of it i realised just how much truth there was in that statement .
You know think of it, parents would stop their children from eating toffies cause they may get infected or get diabetic you don't join some group cos u fear u'll be left out but watch these madmen esp those on the ghanaian streets they eat from dust bins and even drink from gutters and are still living but u try and ure dead meat ,why? cos uve built that inner fear and u can't help but react when it happens so l;ets get these subconscious fears out of our lives and live with no fear. little things

You know i am really sorry for the long hold up of info but i'm back and we'll hopefully have a blast this week. i want to talk on this subject that delves into all kinds of relationships its about little things.
I read a lot, and from this got to see that and i also know if u're that curious to know, that guys like to make all their outings with girls the big thing. We want to make the once in a month outing to some big place and all the other days forget about a kiss, chocolate, a little night together at the cinema, its just one big night and thats that.
I remember this joke of a kid who asked his dad how much he was paid and he said 200 bugs, then the son asked heii can i have 150 bugs?, he got real angry bcos his son just asked him his salary to get that money. So he sent him up to his room and later came back to apologise considering his actions and thinking he'd been too hard on him.So he went over to him and said son i'm real sorry here's the money by the way.
His son got real happy and said thanks dad , so asking him what he needed that much for he said, with this money i can buy your time and we can play.You see he needed time with him, not all the time but just time a day to feel he also got a father.
You know there are a whole lot of friends and relatives we got but can give enough of our time to spend with.You know theres this thing i say that having all is fine but having someone to share it with makes it all fun.So spend little time with friends not just time but also little things.
My dad for instance brings home sometimes just a stick of corn for each person its real cheap and nothing but to have thought of it and brought us something is a real treat.
He has this mango plant at home and when they get ready he sends just one to a house so everbody got some and i thought why not send at all if you'll send just one and he said they are not much but to have thought to give them that is something they should well appreciate, so know that little things do mean a lot. Jim Rohn says little positive thoughts make a positive and also little negative makes same.So little things of goodness makes you much of good person. hello, long time no hearing but i am back and its big this time.
Observing life as the biggest of the youth or as a writer i got into reading of stuff and relating it to real life.
Have you ever bought a big shirt and for like eternity it just would not shrink but when you buy one smaller or just your size it shrinks with a mind blowing speed.Often this is how we do things getting them according to the present cicumstance but get them big like a man said i work towards the future cos thats where i will spend most of my life.
Observing life as a ghanaian we build houses just making room for the people available and grow into the future to realize that theres not enough space and go in for extentions but when you think likie Nkrumah, heeiii we had a wonderful golden jubilee a beautiful one.
So like i said, if we think like Nkrumah or like observed and we build or get big things we will realize that growing into the very farthest of future we still have room for more so think as such and get get things done in the grande style and see you at the top.

So Davida, sorry she's in her final year in the JSS and has this guy she says is the master comedian she asked the last time why KSM IS THE KING OF COMEDY when George is around.Maybe like the hit rapper P. Diddy who gave his title to Jay-Z he gave his to KSM.
So one day he, i mean the comedian George,wonder if he can beat Martin Laurence to it in the act of fooling, you know Martin is my man but if she says George is then he is.
So he was in this quarrel with this girl that really pissed her off and she just couldn't help but join in and bug this girl off planet earth.She did succeed and the girl left but then the impossible happened, George turned round and you can't believe what he said,"Davida, thank you but i still don't love you". What on earth brought this crazy idea into this guys head and when she tried defending he shut her her up with"Heii,don't lie yesterday you were calling me to change my mind.I won't eeiiih!! to sound like a teasing kid.

see i traveled to Kumasi , one town in Ghana, i'm a ghanaaian yeah and i saw this guy who just seemed restless and as we traveled on this guy just couldn't stay still or be the gentle burgher like he was dressed so i studied him and found this amazing thing about him .
You know in the STC bus, up is this light a speaker then son=me air-con controls and trhats that i'm telling you.Maybe you don't know.
so this guy saw people turning this controls this wa and that way and he caught the fever and also gave a try and in doing this to check the direction like everyone he rather went touchingthe speakers to check, man that was it just that scene took out all the stress of traveling. Man that was it
